I paint because I need to. It's my release. I love to free myself on a canvas in hopes that I convey emotion to the viewer. I do that with color and movement. My paintings are a personal journey of reflection . I sometimes look at my paintings and wish they could sing. I imagine the viewer hearing a song that takes them somewhere deep into the painting and evokes something within them.
I love to allow my paint to flow ... Flowing water creates it's own individual path while revealing what lies beneath.
